Situated in Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula, Nazaaray is set in picturesque grounds, a fine backdrop to the award-winning wines produced by winemaker Paramdeep Ghumann, to my knowledge, the only winemaker in Australia who wears a turban!
“This will be a good opportunity to taste our Chardonnay 2014, which won a 94 rating from James Halliday, and our Pinot Noir 2010, which is stocked by the top restaurants in Melbourne,” Paramdeep's wife and co-owner Nirmal Ghumann said.
Tempt your palate with the exotic flavours from Mornington Masala and the Tandoor Man, accompanied by exquisite Nazaaray wines.
