My fashionista friend Tina and I were thrilled and awestruck by the magnificent exhibition currently on at the National Gallery of Victoria, one of my favourite places to visit in Melbourne.

Westwood/Kawakubo celebrates two icons of fashion, Vivienne Westwood and Rei Kawakubo at the NGV’s world-premiere summer blockbuster exhibition.

British designer Vivienne Westwood (1941 – 2022) and Japanese designer Rei Kawakubo (born 1942) of Comme des Garçons. 

Now that autumn is here in Melbourne and the weather is cooling down a bit, why not head indoors and check out some interesting exhibitions?

Exhibition review: Monet's Garden at the National Gallery of Victoria.

ON May 10, 2013, the National Gallery of Victoria opened this year's Melbourne Winter Masterpieces exhibition, Monet's Garden: The Musee Marmottan Monet, Paris, the largest collection of works by Monet to ever come to Australia .

Exclusive to Melbourne, the stunning exhibition features more than 60 works devoted to Claude Monet's iconic garden at Giverney.
