Fancy relaxing in a tropical retreat in the middle of Melbourne's winter?
Drop in at QV's warm oasis at QV Square from now until June 27.

Forget the price of an airline ticket to a beach resort, just kick off your heels at QV's resort sanctuary and join in the fun!

Looking for all the world like a beach resort, complete with thatched roof and tropical plants, the resort invites everyone to escape the winter chill and sip a mocktail or two in its warm ambience.

Each day will bring new a new activity to the space to keep visitors entertained.

On weekends, the QV Tropical Retreat will play host to a number of exotic animals, including a special appearance by ABC TV’s Wild Action warrior Chris Humfrey.

Creative CBD florists Flower Temple will hold tropical terrarium classes each Wednesday and participants can take a little piece of the tropics home.

The site will also host an array of resort style activities such as cocktail masterclasses from Red Spice Road QV, tropical terrarium building, hula competitions and free manicures.

Free lunches from QV’s tantalising food retailers will be given away each weekday, and one lucky visitor will win a luxurious Queensland holiday.

One lucky winner will get the chance to escape to the tropics for real with a five-night holiday to Bali Hai in tropical far north Queensland including flights from Melbourne and airport transfers.
