The Good Food and Wine Show is on again from Friday, June 5 and throughout the long weekend until Monday, June 8.

Celebrate the best in food and wine from Australia and the world at the 15th Good Food and Wine Show, at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Whether your palate favours ice cream or beer, cheese or wine and everything in between, the show will exhibit the best fare to please the discerning palate and there will be plenty of samplings.

Renowned chefs will teach, perform and entertain and luminaries include the inimatable Ainsley Herriot, our own Adam Liaw, complete with man bun, Frank Camorra from Movida and the ebullient Miquel Maestre from The Living Room on Channel 10.

Sisters Sammy and Bella will show you what family food is all about and Silvia Colloca will tell you about fresh and healthy Italian food.

Love wine? If you’re a wine connoisseur or a beginner looking for the right information head to the Cellar Door, where you can enjoy a class in wine appreciation and sample an array of wines from the show.

Find out what’s going on in the beer and cider world at the Dan Murphy's beer and cider hall, hosted by Australia’s very own beer diva Kirrily Waldhorn.

And don’t forget to stop by the Grazing Garden where you can relax with friends over a bite to eat from one of your favourite local food trucks.

Instead of chasing your favourite food truck all over town, they are parked all in the one place at the Grazing Garden and there is a taste for every palate.

How about Vietnamese street food from Nem N Nem, slow-cooked ribs and sliders from Smokin' Barry's or Latin street food from La Revolucion?
