The next film festival to hit our shores is the Cunard British Film Festival 2022.

Presented by Palace cinemas, the full program features a formidable line-up, celebrating the talents of Britain’s finest film makers and actors including Stephen Frears, Sally Hawkins, Emma Thompson, Bill Nighy and more.

This year is the festival's 10th anniversary and there will be exclusive premieres of highly anticipated films plus an abundance of dramas, documentaries and comedies.

Opening the festival nationally on is the premiere of Mrs Harris goes to Paris, a whimsical tale based on the popular novel.

Starring the talented Lesley Melville as Mrs. Harris, it follows her adventures as she embarks on a journey through Parisian high fashion.

Closing the festival is the premiere of the new film from Shekhar Kapur, What's Love Got To Do With it?, starring Lily James, Emma Thompson and Shazad Latif.

This cross-cultural romantic comedy follows a film maker who decides to document her best friend’s journey towards an arranged marriage.
British-Australian director Frances O’Connor's Emily is a haunting drama of desire and creativity in 19th century England, depicting the brief life of Wuthering Heights author Emily Brontë.
007 is back on the big screen, showcasing 60 years in a curated line-up of James Bond's style and thrilling adventures in a retrospective screening in 4K.

If you're a Bond fan, catch your favourite 007 movie at the special price of $13. They include From Russia with Love, Dr No, Goldfinger, Thunderball, You Only Live Twice, Live and Let Die, The Living Daylights, The World is not Enough, Casino Royale and Skyfall.

The documentary selection includes an official, approved documentary feature directed by Sadie Frost, QUANT, which celebrates the incredible life and work of one of the most influential icons of 20th century fashion, designer Dame Mary Quant.

The festival runs from 19 October to 16 November 2022.
